Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be: 

• Unworn and unused

• With tags attached

• In original packaging

• With proof of purchase

Start a return by emailing us at gabriel@warparty.xyz. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted.

Damages + Wrong Items

If your gear shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, hit us up immediately so we can fix it.

What Can’t Be Returned

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Custom or limited-edition pieces (if marked non-returnable)

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? The quickest way is to return the original item, then place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If yes, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Bank and card processing times may vary.) If it’s been over 15 business days since approval, reach out at gabriel@warparty.xyz.
